Allbaugh Properties LLC is owned and operated by Michael and Tina Allbaugh. Established in 2017 Allbaugh Properties LLC seeks to invest in rental properties that will provide the community with quality, reasonable housing while adding curb appeal and increasing the property values in the area.

Tina is a Wisconsin licensed Real Estate Agent and Michael is training to be a Wisconsin licensed Home Inspector. Having both rented properties ourselves for much of our lives our goal is to be the type of landlord that we wanted for ourselves when we were tenants. We have both spent all of our lives in Southwest Wisconsin with the exception of Michael leaving for a period to serve his country as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corp. Our children have grown up in the neighborhoods that we serve (a couple of them are still growing up) and we take pride in the time we have spent coaching in our local school and supporting local events. Making our local communities strong is important to us and hope you will consider one of our properties for your next home and help us with continuing to improve our community.
